Terms And Conditions
- 5% GST will be added to the invoice.
- Travel time required and approved will be considered hours worked.
- Meetings with the client count towards hours worked.
- The Client will be billed for approved necessary expenses.
- Late payments will trigger a fee of 3% per month on balance owing.
Hourly Projects
- A one-hour minimum fee is charged on all jobs.
- Hourly rates are billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour per job.
- Hourly invoices are to be paid within 5 business days of receipt.
- Rush services with less than 3 hours notice are charged at $46.00 per hour.
- New Growth Media Solutions reserves the right to refuse Rush jobs.
- Evening and/or weekend services are charged at $46.00 per hour.
Monthly Packages
- The Client will prepay the Package rate on the 31st of the month, for the
upcoming month.
- Discounted rate will start once payment is made & expires at month's end.
- Unused monthly hours are non-refundable and will not rollover.
- Regular rate of $39.00 per hour applies after Package hours are used.
- Prepaid hours can only be applied to regular business hours.
